rehandle a Condor Hudson Bay

Any opinions on who can do a quality rehandle on a Hudson Bay? I love the knife but the handle is too flat for my taste. I prefer something more barrel-shaped. I'm thinking something traditional-looking, like tiger maple, maybe osage orange. Any and all input would be welcome. Thanks.
