I have a buck special that was used and abused (by a younger edge13 unfortunately). The phenolic handles have some chips and gouges in it. I was wondering if anyone has ever rehandled one? Is it even possibe? If so how do you do it? Far left knife...cannot see the damage in the pic

Many times, but never easily.Push the pin out of the pommel, pommel will slip right off sometimes, bust the phenolic handle off with a hammer.(fun part)Slip on the handle material of your choice, fill the void with your choice of sticky stuff, repin the pommel.Sounds easy, right? You can sand out a lot of scratches and gouges on your 119,you might try that first.Sometimes these rehandle easily, but usually there's a snag.Good luck,Don
