Rehandle CS SRK....any suggestions and how to?

Just starting to do something more than sharpen and then dull my knives. I have Cold Steel SRK in carbon-5. I would like to replace the rubber handle. Any advice on how to remove and then some ideas on replacement? Thanks.....Herb
