Reiff Knives

I've had 2 of theirs at this point, an F4 and F5. Both have been great quality and heat treat seems to be on point.

They state on their website that "We're sourcing the best materials from American suppliers and making our products in American factories." But never said that they are made in house.

There was some speculation at one point over on the BushcraftUSA forum that they were being made by Millit Knives, an OEM in Idaho, although I don't think that was ever confirmed.

I swear I remember hearing they were made by Millit, but I can't be positive because I can't seem to find the source of that info.

Can someone give me a little info on this brand please? Are they made in house and considered midtech? Are they comparable to Bark River?
Reiff Knives is a relatively new American brand that has quickly gained a reputation for producing high-quality, durable fixed-blade knives. Their knives are designed and built in the U.S. using premium American materials, such as CPM 3V and CPM MagnaCut steel, which are known for their toughness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention. While it’s not confirmed that Reiff Knives are fully manufactured in-house, they emphasize sourcing the best materials and crafting their products in American factories, with some speculation about outsourcing to Millit Knives, a respected OEM in Idaho.

Hah I was just looking for some info on Reiff via the search function and thought the exact same thing when reading this. 100% chat gpt copy paste.

Has anyone received any further information on where these actually get made? I really like the f3 however for the premium price knowing where exactly its made is important.
