REKAT Customer Service

How does one contact REKAT with a customer service question? I have sent Email twice in the last two weeks with no answer.I own a Fang, and have a Utility on order.Have been planning to buy one of their new folders soon,but am hesitant now,wondering what would happen if I had a problem with it.Can anyone offer advice? Thanks!

I have no record of any email from you and usualy anwere all emails within two or three days. Your message may be somewhere in cyber space or the U.S. Postal Service got involved.

I have posted another Email to the address on your website.If it gets no response, I will contact you back here. Thanks for your response.I have recently failed to receive some Email myself, so I know it happens!
