REKAT dealers in the Bay Area

I already know that I'm going to buy a Sifu as soon as I can afford it, but I'd like to play with one first anyway, and I'd like to handle REKAT's other knives as well. Not one knife store I have ever been to has carried any REKAT knives, some had never even heard of them - I gave them the website and told them that they absolutely have to check them out. Anyway, are there any REKAT dealers in or near San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, etc.?

I've been looking too. Edge Of The World just moved to the far east side of Contra Costa County somewhere (925 area code), you could dig them up and ask.

Other than that, buying off of Mike and then using his 30-day no-questions-asked return policy is probably your best bet. A caution though: G10 can scuff somewhat easily; by all means carry it for a day or two to see how it feels but do NOT mix it in with car keys, pocket change or whatever. It's only fair to Mike to return it absolutely pristine...but then again, if you're looking for the ultimate Calif street defense piece, hell, you found it

To all: this "scratchable" property to the grips is an unavoidable side effect of the excellent non-slip properties of the G10 finish. The Spydie Military and many others share this "problem"...and it's a "problem" only for collectors, not users.

REKAT makes users.
