rekat fang ats34 neck knives

I ordered 2 rekat fang ats34 neck knives from one stop knife shop this morning. I have been looking for these for ages. All of a sudden spark has them for sale. I got 2 plain edges with the multi carry system. Does any one else have them and what do you think of them? These are black coated.

I love mine- I had a guy put thin Micarta scales on mine- big problem, I like it so much, I seldom carry it, for fear that I'll lose it/mess it up & replacements are getting hard to find...

I bought an ATS-34 Fang a few years ago. It's not coated though, and at the time I was under the impression that there were only 50 of these made (though they're not numbered)
Has REKAT been making more? They're great knives, no matter what the steel.

The one we have are from an obscure distributor who has been sitting on them with no way to sell them. We bought all he had plus a few Hobbit Warriors to boot. We also got a Green Nato version Warrior!

The one we have are Black T coated in ATS-34 and 1095. If you have a non coated one then you likely have one of only 50 made if that is what you were told. You may want to ask Bob in the REKAT forum to be sure.
