UPS brought me to new ats34 fangs from one stop knife shop today. One was perfect but one needed a little tweaking. It has a sharp edge on the back of the blade so when you took it in and out of the sheath it would bring a little of the kydex with it every time. Got out my diamond hone and ground the sharp edge off. Also it fit the sheath very badly because it wasn`t ground even where the cutting part of the blade ended. So I took out my hair dryer and got my vice grips, held it in place where I wanted it and heated it up real good. Put it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes and took it out. It now fits the knife perfectly. Only problem now is I have imprints of the vice grips on the sheath. They must have been made at different times because the one that was perfect had all the corners rounded off and beveled perfectly and the other one had sharp corners all over it. At any rate I now have a favorite neck knife and I own several including crawford and polkowski. I think bob should keep making this knife in ats 34. It feels so good in the hand. Just had to share my excitement.
