REKAT Gunting

Has anyone used the REKAT Gunting?

I didn't even know they made one. I have a chance to get one and I'm not sure if I'll take it or not, any opinions good or bad on it?

REKAT's version was the first and it was called the Escalator.

Thanks Rob, I picked it up and should be here soon, I'll let you guys know how I like it.

Did some more research on it and looks like itwas a pretty decent knife, I just never see much mention of them.

Mr Simonich is correct. The Escalator was my first design and REKAT did make it. 19 months ago its name, production and sale were officially and legally ended.
SPYDERCO acquired the rights to my design.
there is no REKAT Gunting.

Thanks for the info, I think the seller did not know what it's official name was so he used the "Gunting" as more of a descriptive term than anything.

I traded with him for it so I should have it tomorrow, look forward to seeing it!
