Rekat Hobbit Warrior Question

I purchased a Rekat Hobbit warrior knife on ebay about 6 months ago. I have been pulling my hair out trying to find out more info on this knife. I know that Rekat is no longer in business, and this site has proven to be a wealth of knowledge on this blade. The knife that I purchased has a different variation than the "normal" hobbit warrior - the back of the blade is not serrated like all the others that I have seen. Is this knife even a warrior? I compared it to a friends serrated hobbit warrior and the shape, curve, and length are identical. How rare can this version be? I was contacted by someone in England the week after I won it, probably should have taken that offer. How much are these worth now? Thanks in advance.

Are you sure it really is REKAT? There were Hobbit Warriors made before REKAT took up production. I'm not real familiar with the line, but I think Al Mar was involved in developing the design.

it has the rekat logo on the hilt, and the sheath and everything are identical to my friends rekat warrior. the only difference is that the spine isn't serrated.

It is a shame, aint it? They really had some great ideas going on. Seems that poor QC and customer service finally bit 'em in the a$$. Miss my own Hobbit Warrior and Pocket Hobbit.:(

Does anyone have a contact that has better info on the Hobbit blades from REKAT? I am still confused if this is even a hobbit without the serrations on the spine.
