REKAT's physical location...

My last product brochure from REKAT states that they're located in Sagle, ID. Where is that exactly, as I can't locate it on the map I have? I have a best friend that lives in Coeur d' Alene, which is where my wife and I might move to in a couple of years. Sagle must be near CDA, because it has the same 3-digit zipcode prefix, "838" (it's a postal thing

Thanks maddog, I was just too lazy to type it in! Hehe. Right after I posted, my friend from CDA ICQ'd me about Sagle! He told me it was just before you cross the bridge on the way into Sandpoint. I've been through that area before, but couldn't remember where Sagle was. My outdated road atlas of all the states didn't have Sagle on it, but it is a pretty small town and the map doesn't go into that level of detail. There's a lot of good knives coming out of Idaho, with REKAT in Sagle & Chris Reeves down in Boise! I'm sure I'm missing a bunch of custom makers there as well!
 
Sagle is a wide spot in the road. Commonly refered to as a postal zone. Thats the reason that it dosn't appear on some maps.

I had a roomate in college from Coeur d' Alene (back in the 60s). He always told me it was beautiful there. All the pictures I've seen confirm that. Since you're in the same neck of the woods, it must be a lot nicer there than here in politics central!

I checked out your profile and I see that you're a LE professional. My best friend from CDA works as a reservist for the Kootenai (sp?) Co. sheriff's dept. His main job is at Software Spectrum (near Spokane) selling software, but he really wants to become a full-time officer or deputy when the opportunity arises. Yes, Bob Irons, the area where REKAT is located (Sagle) is downright heavenly! I went to Schweitzer ski area for two days in a row a couple of years ago while out there visiting my friend. Put it this way, as soon as I finish college, I'm looking for employment anywhere in that area!!! You should take a vacation to CDA sometime, you'd really like it!
