REKATS version of the Warrior

Anybody know where or when this thing will be available. 1SKS has the pictures but no info for ordering. Will this version exceed the Al Mar version in terms of weight and overall construction? The Al Mar was too heavy, but the design pattern was great. I had a little trouble sharpening it.

If you are refering to the REKAT Hobbit it has been out for several years. It is a lighter verion of the Al Mar knife. There is also a folding version called the Pocket Hobbit.
 
I think this is a new model of the AMK Warrior. The new model is made to the original length of the AMK Warrior. The old Hobbit had a shorter length than this model that's coming out.

I hope you got your last order OK also I found the shoulder houlster for the HALO you ordered. I can send it with a Warrior. The Warrior is $169.95 in ATS-34 and $119.99 in 1095.

I had the pleasure of looking at, and fondling, both the AL MAR, and the REKAT versions of the Warrior/Hobbit, and I must say that the AL MAR is AT LEAST a 100% better knife. It looked to be twice as THICK, twice as BIG, and the handle is alot more comfortable on the Al Mar. Also the "saw-teeth" of the AL MAR Warrior are "better", and much more aggressive.

But for the price difference...I GUESS the REKAT version isn't "bad"...

I got my order just fine thank. That shoulder holster would be great. So from what Ive just heard the REKAT version isnt all that great. Being as you have them in stock whats your overall impression of them? And is there any place to still find the old Al mar ones?
