After a few days with all sorts of problems on my belt grinder and a chalenging order to finish, I finally got back to the grinder to start some projects I have been thinking about lately.
These four are 5160 steel, flat ground blades. the big ones´blades are around 10" long, 1/4" thick. The shorter ones - wich are far from being called small with their almost 2" wide blades - are about 4 1/4" long, 3/16" thick.
Hopefully, I´ll have these four, plus another 10" blade I have not fionished grinding, ready on Monday, with Spartan finish (I am getting very fond of this quick finish).
Let me know what you think, and sorry for my mediocre photography skills.

Looking good Ivan, those are going to be fine looking knives.
I never did find you a piece of ivory, sorry I should have emailed to let you know. Good solid interior mammoth is in short supply.

Take care, Don Hanson

Hello, Don

No rush with the ivory, the pen project is standing by for now.
Here is a couple pic of the shorter two, wich I finished yesterday. As you can see, they are shorter but not small knives at all.
