The blade for this one has been laying half finished for a while now, finally finished it up. Clay tempered 1080 for the blade, textured and antiqued copper underlay with a brass pin at the front. Resin soaked Nylon wrap. Both edges sharp, working on the sheath right now. Overall length is 9 1/4" with a 4 3/8" blade. Hope you guys like it!

Sheath on page 2.

Serge - You make some of the most fascinating knives! Love it! Absolutely wonderful.
The copper liner looks like ray skin..... but, you likely knew that.:D

I received one of Serge's Kiridashis and I loved the wrap over Copper. This looks like another winner to me.

That copper treatment to look like same is fantastic. (I wish I knew how you did that).

Beautiful knife. Graceful proportions and lines.

Beautiful work Serge. One of my favorites. Like CBR and Stuart, I'm interested in that texturing technique. I'm guessing that you made some sort of custom-pattern punch... very cool however you did it.

My first thought was "that's one cool knife".
You are really changing my preconceptions of what types of knives I like.
I agree with Stuart about the copper.
