Had to reline the forge to day. I was getting tried of mixing up the Satanite and remembered that I had a old food processor. Put on the dough blade and let it rip. Worked like a charm. I use to put the Insuwool in first then apply the Satanite, but today I applied it the Satanite to the Insuwool then put it into the forge, found it to be alot easyer

George,

I'm about ready to line my new forge with insulwool and satanite this weekend for the first time. I am somewhat confused as to the use of the food chopper. Can you clarify?--thanks, Dan

Dan:
I used the processer to mix the satanite. Then I used a paint brush to apply it to the inswool, before inserting it into the forge body.
