So I am cleaning a couple of guns tonight after getting them back from my cousin, and my wife chimes in. I have a Remington 870 12G with synthetic stock, and my BK2 is sitting on the counter - she asks me if I bought the knife because it matched my gun. Made me laugh - told her no, but they actually do have similar qualities - physically and economically. Both high quality, inexpensive, user-tools. No frills but last forever and get the job done. Both all black metal and synthetic material. Would it be weird if I made a sheath for the BK2 that attached to my Remington?! Just kidding but I thought the wife made a good comment.

BFS, heck Mossberg makes the "Speed Feed" stock . . .
I bet if you put your mind to it & gave old Mr. Moose a call, I am sure you two could come up with something that would work . . . :D
Be sure and post pics when you do.
Be safe.

i keep thinking with the relatively simple 3 bolt pattern on all Beckers, that someone could easily machine an adapter so the knife could easily be used as a bayonet.

imagine the BK9HH or a BK77 as a bayonet :> yar.

now imagine the BK4 as a bayonet - i've actually seen pictures of khukri afixed somehow to rifles (ak47s?) in that fashion. whoa.

now imagine a patrol machete ;) yeah, i know :)

now put one on a glock ;)

yar!

I'm sort of the same way about Remington 870's as I am about Beckers.

You missed a golden opportunity my friend.

What you should have done is taken advantage of her natural instinct to accessorize. I'd have said "Why yes. Yes I did." then asked for her to help pick out knives to go with the rest of your firearms. :D

Break out the AG Russell catalogs and do some shoppin' with approval of the Mrs. :p

I have more than one. ;)

They come in a hand full of gauges/bores, trim levels and barrel lengths. You can't have just one.

I've only got two but I have three stock sets, four barrels and other add-on's to make mine as versatile as possible 'til I can get another one. ;)
