 Does any one on this forum remember this knife? It's a Case xx Moby Dick large single blade folder made in the 70's. The handle is smooth white bone with an engraving of a Moby Dick Whale and a Ship on the bone handles. The bolsters are engraved also and the blade is Stainless Steal. The knife is 9 1/4 inches long. I've never seen but one other of these knives; it was at a Mom & Pop Hardware store when I was a teenager...I'm 50.

Thats a real cool old knife and it looks very very familiar. I saw it online sometime in the passed 6 months but I can't remember why. If I remember right there was one for sale on ebay a while ago, either that or it was in an issue of Blade magazine. Nonetheless its a cool knife and you should keep it in the family. Scrimshawing is a very cool art that I don't see much of anymore.

yes I do. I have one cost me 150 in 1977. it is a limited edition. every one is hand scrmshawed. one of my favorite knifes.
