Found a nice winter pic before Ivan came, and one after he left, boy I sure miss my yard.
Mother Nature's a B*tch at worst.
I was just talkin' to a friend out west and he had a little lazy stream
runnin' through his yard before the recent storms, it turned into a ragin' river 
and washed away 3 1/2 acres of his property 
, he only had 4 acres , I wonder how the insurance company's gonna handle that one?
