Well, I hadn't seen him around for some time and I still had his email address, so I emailed him.

He said he'll try stopping by the boards soon to see how everything is going. They moved into a new house and have been real busy unpacking and fixing up the place. He said that the temp leg is fitting the greatest and it's been hurting a lot since he's back to work but is standing for 8 hrs on it.

He's wanting to review some knives and post them. Said he got himself a woodstove and wood and wants to work on his fire building skills and the making of fuzz sticks.

He also wanted me to pass along a big "Hello" to everyone.

Im a tech for a prosthetics and orthotics place out here, have him drop me a line. I may be able to help him out.

Kirk, thanks for updating everyone for me.

I know it has been a while since I have been on here, life has been pretty busy for me. The fam and I just moved into a new place and that took up so much time. Also, I have been lucky enough to have a job that is making me work overtime. This time last year guys were getting laid off and now we are work 10's plus Saturday.

For the most part, the leg is pretty good. I'm behind on getting my perment. leg. The prepatory leg fits so poorly now that its only comfortable for a couple hours every morning. I still have to get a screw removed before I get my other leg but I just can't find the time. I have to keep so many hours at work or I loose my insurance and I know I will be missing time getting that screw pulled.

Heck, I get about 10 hours on it at work and then a couple after I come home and then Im glad it comes off. It's kinda weird, but it really starting to effect my knee. It gets very sore and then swells up and my need and lower leg turn swollen and purple. I know, I have to go see what its all about at the docs.

I think Im doing pretty well seeing I have not had any physcial therapy, but I will admit I still take painkillers.

Anyhow, I try to be around here more often with the winter coming so I will keep yall update as to what is going on........just in case you guys ever have an accident.

Talk to everybody soon.

Oh, Ed if you still got my email address, will you please shoot me a quick email so that I have yours, I have a couple questions for you. Thanks.

Scott
