I finally managed to secure mine own Case 32146RL but am still trying to find out more about this SFO folder. Camillus was making all the riggers for Case in 2003, but the usual under-contract product was the 6246RL with jigged brown Delrin handles with the oval Case shield set into the obverse handle.
This yellow-handled version was a cinch for Camillus to produce. It was exactly the same as their own Camillus 695 Spike Knife, except with yellow, in place of black, handles. Cami also made a 696 Piranha on which the blade was half-serrated.
Case did not market any riggers (Pattern 46) after 2003.
The best information I have about the Yellow SFO comes from a 2006 auction listing discovered on Worthpoint --
2003 wasn't all that long ago. Someone must remember which of the Case Retailers was selling this knife, how many were sold, etc. ???
