Remember the Brend Tactical Folder?

Back when I first got really interested in knives, the Brend Tactical Folder (from Boker) was considered by many to be an outstanding knife. I've got an opportunity to pick one up but I was wondering...

Was it really good? Is it worth having?

Hav you used it? What did you think?

Any thoughts are welcome...

I have one in G-10, and sure it's a good knife for what it is. The liner is considered by many to be thin, but as long as it locks up, your knife is good.
 
i had one for a while, swapped it off, it was "ok" i guess, i thought the liner was awful thin, it did lock ok though, if ya can get it cheap, i say go for it. cheap being in the $70 or so range, LNIB shape.

i'm not crazy about bokers myself,
 
I posted about the Boker brend over in the Boker forum this morning. I think that the design is excellent and that Boker could do a whole lot more with the knife.
