Remington doctor knife. Any good?

I just bought a Remington doctor knife for 3 bucks off a friend. It's got yellow delrin handles and I think 420HC blade. I plan on making it a fishing knife. Is it any good, or just junk?

I have one, and quite like it. It slips out of a pocket easily, but a neat knife.
