Remington Knives

I recently purchased a Remington R1306 and found this wonderful letter from the daughter of HOF skeet shooter Dick Baldwin enclosed with the knife and thought I would share it

My late father in law gave me the 1982 reproduction that he was given by a friend who was a Remington executive. I have never used or carried it. I plan to pass it to my oldest son someday. I have several others up until about 1999. Wish I had continued collecting them

1994 Short Bolster Camp Knife. These reproductions are very nice knives.

I gifted one to a BF member and still have one somewhere around here.

Vince these are great knives I see yours has the typical crack at the lanyard hole. i don't think i have seen one of these that isn't cracked.

Yeah, I've that's pretty standard. Knife looks good and works fine, though. Nice lockup, and lightweight.

That is a great memento to come with the knife, just addes that little extra.

i used to carry a Buck 110 in my hunting pack, to heavy, so now i carry the Remington.

I just looked at my 2 and no cracks ,guess these will develop after some use
