It would take a really big knife handle to hold that.
I would guess there is not enough market for it.
Most of the knives that have handles big enough to hold a shotgun shell are tactical, and most folks who go in for those are not interested in a shotgun shell in the handle.

Oh. I don't think those are not legal in all areas. I was thinking of knives with the base of a cartridge embedded in the handle.
 
I was making that face my puppy makes with head cocked to the side when I read that lol.
Anyone remember a Saturday Night Live skit from the '80's where everything could be taken 2 ways "You can't stare too long at a nuclear explosion..." ??
