Remington cattle and J.C.N. CO. Pull Ball auto

I posted this in the Bernard Levin forum as well but I wanted to see what kind of traffic we had over here. Moderaters: if this is uncool please let me know.

These are two knives I picked up recently and would like some info on both as well as approximate value. The Remington is 3 7/8" closed with an 2 7/8" main blade. The main blade looks like it is numbered R3055 and the handle material is red pyremite. The J.C.N. Co. automatic "Pull-Ball Nife" is in near mint condition and even included the original "owners manual" paper sheet. The spring is very strong and has a nice snap to it. Please click on links if the pics don't appear.

Thanks,
Scott
