Leather Removable firesteel holder

I would think that just about any sheath maker could make you one. They will probably need your sheath to fit it properly.
 
Looks a bad idea to me. Reason for a fire steel loop on a sheath is that the knife is always with you, so you always have means to make fire, even in an emergency when you lose other gear. Unless there is a snap fastener between sheath and loop, it looks like that is just Begging to fall off. I think that a second sheath with integral loop would be better, then you just swap sheaths if you want the fire steel. Easier to find someone to make a new sheath than to make mods and amendments to an existing one.
 
Thanks for your input. I agree with you on a new sheath as a more solid option. I’ve seen Mora knives with a firesteel mod and thought it looked good, but I suppose that’s a different price range and with that comes a different quality.
