Removable thumb studs

I have seen (very) few of them around, and I was wondering where I could get a set, to make my few nail-nick knives a thumb stud opener. I have already done a search on the site, and a Google search, both yielding nothing. I saw one thread here a few months back where somebody had added thumbstuds onto his Buck 110-style knife (it was another Buck made on a similar design), and he had both stainless steel and brass thumbstuds, and cannot find that thread either. Anybody know where I can get some (preferably for cheap, I am less than rolling in cash now). I should also note that I would much rather prefer stainless steel ones, because it will match my knives better and won't tarnish like brass will.
