Does anyone have any suggestions on getting out small scratches on a unique. It is a Panda Gold coin, so short of sending it to Chris, I thought your collective insight may be of some help. I actually could care less.
The scratches can only be seen in direct sun light. If however, I decide to sell it at a ridiculously low price,
( which I am very inclined to do )
the buyed may object to anything less then close to perfect.

Well, if you decide to sell that incredible knife at a ridiculously low price, don't worry about the scratches, they won't bother me a bit.
Please email me at chad234@email.com if you do decide to sell it.
Thanks,
Chad

I've used Mothers Mag and Aluminum Polish with great results. The bolsters on both of my Classics are scratch free and both have been carried extensively. It don't hurt the polished finished on the blade either!

Chris I hope the large ironwoody is treating you well:) I used Mothers on it also and thats what kept it so mint looking. Mothers is da bomb!

Artsig1 knows his stuff....my ironwood sebbie arrived from him (after 1 year of pocket carry) looking better than new - mirror polished everywhere, not a scratch to be found. I just tried a dab of Simichrome and it was easy to work out my minor pocket-carry scratches to a mirror polish in a few seconds. And yes Art, my sebbie and I are very happy!!! ;)

I thank you both.very much. I will go get some of each tomorrow and give it a go.:)

Got some "Mothers today" Applied it to the Panda , UNREAL ! I used a very stronge light and looked at it with a # 10 loop. Not one scratch and it shines like NEW.
Much thanks to ya both.

Try the auto dept. at your local Wal-Mart. I work part time at the local Super Center in Sporting Goods and keep a bottle of the paste under the counter along with a Spydie 204. Use both to sharpen and clean customers knives for them. They are always amazed at how shiny they turn out.

On another note I've been polishing a Camillus MAXX for the past couple of weeks and now have it mirrored enough to show a good reflection. Just started on a stonewash MT Halo III and already have a sparkling look. Of course keep in mind that I polish these 5 or 6 times a day to acheive it but it is not a problem and easy to do just sitting and watching the tube.

Mothers Mag and Aluminum Polish.............GREAT STUFF!:D :D :D
