As case you might know case can't put their knives together correctly and the blades always rub is there a way to remove these marks?

Try steel wool (fine and then super-fine}.
If the marks are too prominent then stick a piece of sand paper on a flat surface using two-sided tape and rub the blade going along the long side. Try with 400 grit first (if again not enough use 220 grit) and then go up to 600: that should do it.

Taking it off won't help unless you plan om not using the knife again.

Those marks are rather typical of any type folding knife unless it has the washers between blade and liner. You can do as the others have suggested. You could also smooth out the liners assuming it has liners. Use a Popsicle stick and some wet/dry paper. That wont stop any thing unless it it marking the blade in front of the pivot area. You may have to thin out the stick a little. But remember it is impossible to keep crap out of a folder so you will have some marks from opening and closing. Keep it sharp and use it.
