So I have some favorite users that I may try to sell in the future and would like to remove some of scratches on the blades. All are satin finished.

Is there an effective way to do this?

I have stones, lots of sandpaper, a washboard, Sharpmaker and a Worksharp--will any of these to the job?

If you are not use to using a belt sander/grinder you can make a bigger mess out of the blade. How deep are the scratches? Pics would help. You can use emery paper to start and this can be controlled easier then a power tool. If they are quite deep then power would be needed. Start off slow and see what will do the job. Finish up with scotch brite for a nice finish. Good luck.

Good tips. Most of these are minor scratches. I'll let you know how it goes.

Acid/stonewash will get rid of everything. Make sure you cover any pivot-related surfaces with nail polish to preserve the tolerances.
