Remove color coating and perform satin finish?

I could not find via a search, has anyone done a how-to on removing the color coating and giving a satin finish to a Busse knife?

There are many threads on stripping, stripper, naked, nekkid, nekid, ghetto satin.

The stripping is easy. The 'satin' part is harder. And it won't look like factory satin, but it will still look good, in a user kind of way.
