remove unsightly blemish on Outcast?

I absolutely love my Outcast. Best bang for the buck for a huge chunk of D2 if you are willing to reprofile the edge. It is no easy task.

I've about given up on the black finish. I'll probably give it a hand-rubbed satin finish when I feel bored.
