In all honesty have you ever tried your local co-op agri stores or pet stores. The dog bone antlers some times are up to snuff. Etsy also sells all different types and sizes.
 
Sheds are hard to pack for shipping - sent one as a favor a pain to pack, and it took an extended U.S. Postal Service tour of America before arriving!
 
Does your state have a hunting forum? There should be guys on there that shed hunt. Thats how I got my last one
 
If your mobility is good, there is a good local deer Pop, and you own land or get permission, shed hunting is fun. Years back I had a Bloodhound who would do it for me!
 
From Google, I found a handful of California hunting sites. Register on one of those and ask for sheds.
