So I have this midtech knife. That has a titanium frame lock side and titanium liner and carbon fiber scale. The screw is steel and only has a torx on one side and the other is flat with the lock side any tips removing. I have attempted heating the screw in boiling water, sliding a fir wedge in between to put tension on it and it still spins what other options do I have.

If it is the pivot I would try locking it open then put pressure on the blade hoping that it will pinch the pivot. Worked for me.

If it is a body screw I would try to do the same thing, but it probably will not bind up as easily as the pivot.
Maybe some grippy rubber pressed into the flat side of the screw...

Good luck.

Yeah i tried putting some lock tite on the frame I'm gonna let that dry not what you look forward to on $400 folders

If the head of the T-nut is under a pocket clip, put a wide rubber band under the pocket clip and screw it tight against the head of the T-nut.
