Removing Bolster engraving

Is it possible to have a Nickel Silver or Brass Engraving removed or polished out by a SPA service at the Buck factory?
 
Yes, earlier this year I sent in a 1995 -112 with initials lightly engraved in the nickel silver bolster and asked if they could polish it them out. Also requested that they not sharpen the blade because I was good with the edge and didn't want them to take any more steel off. The results turned out very nice - as good as new if not better! I don't have a "before" photo but here's the after:
