Removing clip screws on SS Delica

I recently purchased a SS Delica and wish to remove the clip. These evil, evil screws and their super loc-tit'ed strength prevent me from doing so. I got one out, but the other two won't budge at all. Any suggestions?

Many thanks,

Shawn

Usually, loctite will release with the application of heat. Fortunately, the s/s handles shouldn't be damaged by heating. Use a heatgun if you have access to one, or perhaps even a hair dryer for a couple of minutes...

I've also heard of putting the tip of a soldering iron on the head of the screw, for more localized heat.

Take care,
Tom

Thanks guys, I got the other two out by heating the heads with a lighter. There was some dried glue underneath the clip which would explain why the one screw was so easily removed while the other two required much more work. Then I had to go and scratch up the scale trying to get it all off. :(
