Removing dent from scabbard?

I was going to put this on the Exchange under "services wanted" but apparently no one uses that.

I have a sword with a metal scabbard that is dented. It has one "ding" in it, and this does not effect the carry or sheathing of the blade. But I would like to have it removed. Is this possible? Does anyone know who can/will do such work?

Thanks

You might also be able to work the dent out yourself with a long mandrel. Is it steel? Brass? Iron? What is the sword?

Cheers
