Removing lanynard hole on a para 2

any suggestions for removing the lanynard hole on a para 2? ive done it on a few paras but i have one that wont come out

I've also sprayed "canned air" upside down into the lanyard tube. This causes the liquid propellant to spray out, and it is very cold. It shrinks the tube and allows you to get it out.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you remove the lanyard hole won't there still be a hole there? What's the point in removing the lanyard hole?

We're assuming that the OP means the lanyard tube. In the PM series it's a tight fit and doesn't come out easily. If you want to swap or dye your scales, it has to come out like rycen said, because PM2s have full liners where PM1s don't.
