What is the best way to remove very light wear marks / scratches from a satin or doublecut finish blade, without a trip to the factory?

Thanks! :)

For satin finish just use a high grit sand paper (1500 , 2000 , 2500 grit) . I don't think you can do it to a double cut finish .

for double cut touch-up ya need a pair of teeny tiny ball peen hammers... and a smaller pair.

use a scotch bright pad, try medium grit, i believe thats how the factory does some of there clean up.
double cut has to be blasted with some 140 seive glass beads at about 30 to 50psi.
