Hey more experienced BFers, hope ya'll are doing well!
So I've got a Medford Genesis T 3V that's all PVD. The finish is somewhat worn and another user suggested removing the PVD by blasting it. I've done some research and reached out to River's Edge Cutlery and Erik in their custom shop (super quick reply which is awesome) suggested a light sandblast followed by a vapor hone. My only concern is the 3V and if that'll effect it's likelihood to tarnish any more than a naked 3V blade. I'm very good about taking care of blades and live in a somewhat dry climate so not super worried about rust/tarnish.
Does anyone have experience with this or want to offer up advice?

I've got it listed until I make up my mind since I've decided I prefer naked blades just for aesthetics.
Thanks in advance all!!
Be safe out there.
I spent a couple hours at River's Edge Cutlery last Saturday (their new store is fantastic BTW). Great folks, and I don't think they would steer you wrong.

I’m actually stopping by tomorrow, love the place but our bank account doesn’t!! 😆
Thanks for the input!
