Removing small rust spots and scratches from PM2?

My job has caused quite a few small scratches on my paras blade and the other day my pocket spent the day soaked in soapy dirty water and my blade developed some rust. A majority of the rust just wiped off with a tooth brush alcohol and some elbow grease but now there are very small rust spots id like to remove and I figure while im at it Ill take care of the scratches. So my question is how do I go about doing this?
