removing tarnish from Gin1 blade

Hi,
Just bought a new Pegasus - what a FANTASTIC little package that is! But there are some tarnish marks on the spine of the blade. Very minor but it spoils an otherwise perfect knife.
The mark looks like a tiny burn mark. Can anyone recommend how to remove it? Dremel? Sandpaper? Rust remover??

Flitz metal polish works well for this. I got a tube at my local Ace hardware store.
