I had picked up a Sm. Reg this spring and am thinking of removing the anodized finish off the thumbstuds. As I imagine someone has done this, I wondered if anyone has any pointers?
Thanks!

Have a search on the chris reeve forum, there are a few people who have done this with a dremel tool and a felt buffer.

When you send it to CRK to be sharpened, have them change the thumbstud to silver. ($11.00)

I have heard it can be done using Flitz. You just need to mask off the blade around the thumbstud.
