Hey y'all. I got my new ESEE-4 the other day and planned on stripping the black coating off. I know there have been issue with people stripping the screws when removing the grips so I made dang sure my Allen or hex head fit. It does. But when I turn the screw it doesn't back out rather just turn the other side. Does this require another hex head on the other side?
I know this may be stupid question since any nut that just turns the whole bolt on something just need to have the bolt head held in place. But is this the situation here? Do I just need to put another another same size Allen or hex wrench (which I don't have) on the opposite side? Again, I'm a bit paranoid about stripping or screwing up this otherwise simple procedure after there was a warning on these treads from Randall to stop removing the grips to wash and that no more replacements screws would be sent for free.
thnx in advance
