Renaissance Wax Removal

I accidentally got some Renaissance Wax on the G10 handle of a knife. How can I remove it without discoloring the G10?

Wipe it off of the g10 with a rag. G10 is not porous. It will not absorb the ren wax.

what about some heat...a hairdryer to melt it off......keep heat below boiling temp and ya should be fine and melt the wax away completely.

You can probably hit it some acetone / nail polish remover, as long as you're not soaking it the G10 will shrug it off and the wax should be gone.
