Since I have received several emails that my Bushcrafter is not a "real" bushcraft knife (whatever the heck that is) I`m looking for suggestions for a new name. Let`s hear your ideas. And no, there is no prize for this.
 
I will call mine "My JK Bushcrafter" Them that don't like it can stick a sock in it.:eek: There is a elite snob behind every Bush, they probably don't consider the Nessie to be a Bushcraft either, :confused:

How about bushKrafter.

I would call it whatever you want, it is your creation and if "they" don't like it then, well I'll be polite and say that's going to be something THEY have to deal with.

Since you use the K logo, I tend to like to use that in the names - Kamp Kit et al.

So these people email you just to tell you it's not what you say it is?
Rename it a Stainless Machete and maybe their overstuffed heads will explode.

I'm with Jim, I'd prefer to see it remain a Bushcrafter. Though I do like BushKrafter. Unless you think changing the name could boost sales, my vote is for keeping it's name.
 
Seems like a bushcraft knife to me, what's the problem? Well if you want a new name how about the JK Bush Knife?
 
I think you should tell all the haters to shove it and keep the name the same. What does Bushcraft mean anyway?

It will always be my JK Bushcrafter, don't let people bother you.
 
You could call it the Fancy Unnamed Craft Knife.;)
 
What the hell are people worried about? If you had called it the "JK Ray Mears/Alan Wood Woodlore" then I'd say maybe you're off a bit on the design..... lol.


Keep it the way it is, brother.
 
It's as much a bushie as the full tang leukus that I call buchcrafters.

No one owns the name, there's no One True Bushcraft knife. screw em.
 
How about "Screw you idiots, I'll call it whatever the hell I want" knife?
 
John...don't stress it...call it what you want. Looks about as bushcraftish as anything else to me. If it really bothers you then just name it after me!
 
Reminds me of a story I once heard where a maker had his knives all layed out on display when a guy appears with an excited expression on his face and picks up one of the knives.
"This is just what I was looking for" he says, " What's it called ?".
The knife maker tells him that he calls it his Elk Skinner, the man suddenly puts down the knife and says" That's a real shame because I was looking for a knife like this for when I go Moose hunting this year !".

The retards that e-mailed ya probably never even get out in the bush and don't know the first thing about the function of a particular knife !!!

Maybe call it the JK Camp Crafter !
 
You make it = you get to call it whatever you want. Call it Jim. Or Phillip. OOOOORRRR just keep it the same, and let the haters keep on hating. :rolleyes: Pfff.


Edited to add: Tell those who complain to buy one...then THEY can REname it, and call it whatever they like. :D
