Renewal paid but not going through

I recently (Nov 24) renewed my subscription. Last night I received an expiry notice.

Here is the transaction number from my subscription receipt

Date/Time: 24-Nov-2014 21:05:55 EST
Transaction ID: 6694371040

Can somebody please help me with this, as I have no clue who to contact, and I don't want to lose my subscription
 
If your renewal was by credit card, there may have been an error in input. Not particularly likely.
If it was by PayPal, it doesn't go through automatically. Spark may have to enter it.
 
it was by credit card, and it went through, my account was charged and I was sent a receipt

I guess I need to be patient, I know BF is having other issues right now, but I sure would like to be able to post.....Has anybody else had this kind of problem?
 
Okay, I paid my subscription on 11-24 and it was taken from my account. I still do not have a membership. I would really like to have this membership. If I can't have it, I would gladly take my money back. If I don't have one or the other in 24 hours I am going to call my bank and have them deal with it.
 
I am having the same issue. I paid on Nov. 29th and still haven't had my account activated. I emailed Spark but no reply yet. $30 for the Gold Membership has been deducted from my bank account.

Same with me and no response from anyone, 3 emails sent asking for help! One was to Spark, hope it gets cleared up soon!

You need to start your own thread in this forum and keep it bumped. Spark won't see it in this thread where he's already taken care of this persons issue.

You are already good to go. you just need to update your Usergroup by going to Settings>Paid Subscriptions and selecting your paid membership, or by using this link: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/profile.php?do=editusergroups
