Renewal problem (possible)

I renewed my gold yesterday about 1 pm mountain time. I have a receipt from PayPal. I don't have a PayPal account.
As of this thread im still not active as gold.
Did I hit a wrong button someplace or is there a delay in the system?
Also I saw the thread on the $8 shipping charge and if that applies to me could you please look in to that.

You’re not alone, it’s been happening (shipping charge) when you check out as a guest.
I’ll tag Spark Spark for you as it’s only him that can fix you up.
Certainly wouldn’t hurt, and actually will expedite the fix if you post below your PayPal Transaction # and Date Paid for Spark to look up easier.
