"renewal" upgrade to gold

My Gold Membership expired on the 20th and I purchased the upgrade on the 21st (CC charged on the 22nd)
I still don't see my option to upgrade. I've sent a couple emails but no response.

I would like to have the features for the weekend... Hoping this will help "nudge" the system...

Spark usually does this ASAP, please be patient.

Sometimes Spark gets very busy, but he does the best he can, rest assured. At any rate, i dont think the clock on your membership starts until he does his thing.
