"renewal" upgrade to gold

My Gold Membership expired on the 20th and I purchased the upgrade on the 21st (CC charged on the 22nd)
I still don't see my option to upgrade. I've sent a couple emails but no response.

I would like to have the features for the weekend... Hoping this will help "nudge" the system...:o

Sometimes Spark gets very busy, but he does the best he can, rest assured. At any rate, i dont think the clock on your membership starts until he does his thing.
