Renewed Dealer Membership

Had some difficulty renewing my Membership but I have completed that - Paid via CC for 1 yr.

Trans ID - 5024617009

Just waiting for my Group to show the update so I can change it back to Dealer. Can any of my old Data be reinstated (ie. Avatar, Signature, etc)?

What date was the subscription done on?
 
Hate to be dense but I am not as computer savvy as I should be, where will the "Group" or "Membership" show up on in my personal information? Can't seem to find it - if I have been re-upgraded that is.

Go to:

Settings (top of every page, second from right, next to "Log Out."

On the resulting page, look in the "My Settings" column on the left of the page. Within this column, "My Account" is the second set of links.

Click on Permission Groups (the fourth link within "My Account").

If your Dealer Membership is active, it will be listed as one of the choices. And, if it's there? Choose it. :)

You should also see your Dealer Membership and an expiration date under "Paid Subscriptions," the last link within the My Account section.

If it's not there, Spark still needs to enable it.

So far, there are no Permission Groups in the My Settings area, so I will watch there for my Dealer Membership.

Oh, you're welcome. I don't find the non-automated parts of the forum software to be intuitive at all, so try to help where I can.

(When I first went from a registered to a Basic member, I had no idea how to activate it and relied on others' help.)

If the process is different for a Dealer/Maker than I've outlined above, I hope someone else chimes in with better information.

I hope your membership level is restored soon. :thumbup:

Huh. I looked back through the logs and it did go through...

I can only guess that this happened while the outages were occurring so the server didn't get the information passed back to it. Regardless, you are good now.
